Only three things: your mobile number, the email alias you connect, and your alert preferences. Nothing else.
We never read, store, or retain the content of your emails. When a forwarded email reaches us, we read only its sender and subject in memory for the brief moment it takes to build your text alert, and then it is gone. There is no inbox here and no archive of your messages.
Strictly to send you the text alerts you signed up for and to manage your account and plan. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
We use Twilio to deliver text messages (Twilio processes the alert we send) and Cloudflare for hosting and email routing. They process data only to provide these services to us.
We text you only with your consent. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Mailbell is intended for users 13 and older, and anyone under 18 should use it with a parent or guardian's permission. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We keep your number and preferences only while your account is active. Delete your account and we delete them. We do not retain email content at any point.
You can change your preferences, stop forwarding, reply STOP, or delete your account at any time.
We may update this policy and will post any changes on this page.
